Great accommodation - very clean and comfortable and easily walkable to local restaurants. Convenient location for driving to ruby falls and Rock city. Great host who was always responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back again!

The townhome has a lot of space and is nicely furnished. The full-size washer and dryer is a nice amenity. We had a few minor issues, and the host was very responsive and addressed everything quickly and satisfactorily.

After 9 hours in a car it was wonderful to stop and stay at Joseph's home. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable. Lots of nice dining options near by, great parking and in a safe area. Joseph communicated quickly and politely during our stay and we all had a great night sleep before tackling day 2 on the road. ❤️

From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even leaving us local recommendations that made our trip extra special. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still just minutes from downtown attractions, the riverfront, and great restaurants. We especially loved how cozy and comfortable the space was. The beds were super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like quality toiletries, coffee supplies, and clear instructions for everything. This stay really made our visit to Chattanooga stress-free and enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient home base in the area!

If I could've gave 10 stars i would have! This place was immaculate.....Communication was excellent. The beds was so comfortable. The neighbors are kind. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. The host are very accomodating. I DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE...YOU CAN WALK AROUND AND FEEL SAFE. I ENJOYED THE PORCH WITH THE WATERFALL. I named the place "Sweet Serenity"! Book this place and you will not regret it. This place look exactly like the pictures!

This place was GREAT. There were 3 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was INCREDIBLE and was spacious enough to hold all 6 of us for a family style dinner. The layout was perfect for what we needed, and the house was so clean. The hanging lights on the back deck were a nice touch for hanging out in the evening. This house had a great location and was within a half mile or less to many restaurants and was even just about a mile walk from the aquarium and other things that downtown Chattanooga had to offer. This is by far the best rental I have stayed in, and our group is already talking about coming back next year. Joseph was very responsive and gave very clear directions and everything went smoothly the whole weekend. 10/10 would recommend and WILL be staying here again.
